A jungle is being built inside a hotel in Dubai

Yes. You read it right. A jungle is being built inside a hotel in Dubai.

The hotel hasn't been built yet -it's meant to open in 2018-, but it's going to be the The Rosemont Hotel & Residences by Curio Collection, by Hilton. The design of the hotel means to reflect the modernity of the city.

It’s situated on the Al Thanyah district and the 185.800 square metres wide project is actually, as I said, under construction by the company ZASA in joint venture with Kieferle & Partner. The project includes two 53 story towers: one of them will hold a hotel with 448 rooms, a gym, a spa, a restaurant, a business center and a VIP lounge; and the other one will be an 5 star aparthotel with 280 rooms and an entertainment area.

The first tower will have de resemblance of a river flowing due to its dynamic illumination, which reinforces its daring architecture. Around the building, light spirals will be around the base and, with that, they will model its dynamic shape, while the second one, which will represent an oyster and its pearl, will be illuminated by mobile lights, resembling the orbital atomic rings.

The rain forest will take up more than 75.000 square metres. The purpose of this forest is that its guests can enjoy of the jungle all year round thanks to the temperature of the area, which will always we under the temperature of the exterior.

The hotel will also have a beach area, rivers, paths, a swimming pool inside of a gigantic terrarium which will contain recycled water, a reception at the top floors of the building, an infinite swimming pool with a crystal bottom and a mechanic luggage trolley.

Also, insude of the jungle, guests will be able to enjoy a 360 degrees experience called “Rain Room”, where guests will be able to be in the middle of the pour without getting soaked.

The prices of the hotel room will -obviously- be very high, but these two towers will be a select place for only a few.
